How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who reaches out to Eajco Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Eajco Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Eajco Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@eajco.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We aim to confirm by email that your message arrived, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Still Feel Unheard
If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
